Job Title: Product Support Team Lead / Clinical Operations Supervisor - Orthopedic Bracing

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Product Support Team Lead/Clinical Operations Supervisor - Orthopedic Bracing. You will play a key part in leading the Customer Care Product Specialist Team and supporting all products sold by the Bracing and Supports division of Enovis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information dissemination out to the Care team.
  • Monitor daily workforce activities to meet KPI's and drive best-in-class customer experience.
  • Supervise domestic and international team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to excel.
  • Hire, train, coach, develop, and retain talented team members.
  • Approve staffing schedules to ensure optimal coverage, efficiency, and service levels for customers.
  • Conduct performance reviews and developmental sessions with Product Specialists, providing ongoing feedback and coaching for growth.
  • Evaluate and align team goals, objectives, and KPIs with the strategic direction of the company and Care department.
  • Collaborate with the Care Team Trainer and Supervisors to assess training needs and provide support for the Care team Associates & Leads.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Distribution to improve service levels for customers.
  • Making informed decisions when faced with multiple options to progress with a project.
  • Maintain quality control throughout projects, adhering to standards and expectations.
  • Function as a liaison, coordinating various activities and providing customer support to internal and external customers.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and escalated calls, ensuring effective long-term problem resolution and enhanced customer experience.
  • Implement policies, standard work procedures, and product/service standards to ensure quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field is required.
  • At least 1-year clinical experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) is mandatory.
  • Experience working with orthopedic bracing is preferred but not essential.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience. In addition to this, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, spending and savings accounts, a 401(k) plan, vacation time, sick leave, holidays, income protection plans, discounted insurance rates, and legal services.
