Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for school-age students in grades K-12. Job OverviewThis role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic school setting, collaborating with teachers and other educators to create personalized learning experiences that promote student success. Key Responsibilities- Provide speech therapy services to students in grades K-12, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address communication and language needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to integrate speech therapy into the curriculum, promoting seamless support for students.
- Participate in regular progress monitoring and assessment to evaluate student outcomes and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy, preferably in a school setting.
- An active or pending state SLP license.
- ASHA certification is highly desirable.
- A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Guaranteed work hours and payment for both direct and indirect services rendered.
