Job Summary

We are seeking an Experimental Composite Technician to join our team in Duluth, MN. As a key member of our Research & Development team, you will play a critical role in the development of new components and technologies for next-generation aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, fabricate, and assemble composite parts using prepreg and hand layup processes
  • Work with a variety of materials, including carbon fiber and fiberglass
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new technologies and designs
  • Test prototype components and models under simulated operating conditions
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of small airplane architecture, including airframe, powerplant, and electrical systems
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate's Degree in Composites Technology preferred
  • 2+ years of working experience in composites fabrication
