Job Summary:

The Clinical Care Specialist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and performing various medical procedures.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

* Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing.
* Current Florida RN licensure or endorsement.
* Must hold current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to start date and maintain.
* Current AHA ACLS required.

Work Environment:

* Progressive care / Telemetry unit at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Florida - Brevard County-Melbourne.
