Phlebotomy Specialist

At Quest Diagnostics, we are seeking a skilled Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team. As a Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients and preparing them for lab testing. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where no two days will be the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients and prepare them for lab testing
- Enter billing information and collect payment when required
- Travel to additional doctors' offices or Patient Service Center sites when needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred
- Five years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
