Job DescriptionThe Heavy Duty Truck Sales Professional will be responsible for developing business partnerships with key accounts, retaining and growing existing customers, and soliciting new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the trucking industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires a high degree of product knowledge, technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to analyze customer needs, identify sales opportunities, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities- Develop business partnerships with key accounts to increase sales revenue.
- Retain and grow existing customer relationships through effective account management.
- Solicit new business opportunities by executing a sales strategy that aligns with company objectives.
- Manage territory efficiently to ensure maximum coverage and sales growth.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations to promote products and services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, pricing, promotions, and programs to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
This is a safety-sensitive position, and the selected candidate must have a clean MVR to operate a motor vehicle on behalf of RWC International LTD. The employee must also pass a background check and pre-hire drug test.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the trucking industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
RWC International LTD offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
