**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Government Affairs and PAC Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the company's government affairs strategy and political action committee (PAC) operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a proactive public policy strategy to support business objectives.

  • Oversee the PAC administrator in the day-to-day operation, including education and recruitment efforts.

  • Lead CATPAC fundraising and recruitment efforts based on yearly goals set by the Senior Vice President, Global Government and Corporate Affairs.

  • Partner with federal and state government affairs teams to draft disbursements budgets and identify political opportunities.

  • Manage the CATPAC Steering Committee, including by-laws, regular audit processes, internal procedures, and other governance matters.

  • Serve as PAC Assistant Treasurer and manage outside vendors to prepare timely and accurate reports to the Federal Election Commission and state election commissions.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree plus 10-12 years of progressive experience in government affairs and/or PAC management.

  • Proven experience in managing and growing a corporate or large trade association PAC.

  • Previous governmental and lobbying experience, particularly in a legislative body, trade association, advocacy organization, or political campaign.

**Salary Range:** $142,080 - $213,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
