Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time Optometrist to perform comprehensive eye exams on United States Veterans as part of the VA's SHA process.

Responsibilities

  • Review medical health records through a secure Web Portal
  • Perform comprehensive eye exams on each veteran and complete forms through the Web Portal
  • Assess 3-6 Veterans per day on average

Requirements

  • Hold a current license as an Optometrist in the State where exams are performed
  • Be able to perform Visual Field Testing (VFT)
  • Meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is around $100,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
