Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Treat Health Conditions: Utilize your expertise to diagnose and treat various health conditions affecting individuals of all ages, from infants to the elderly.
  • Formulate Treatment Plans: Develop personalized treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases, taking into account patients' unique needs and medical histories.
  • Educate Patients: Educate patients on healthy lifestyle habits, disease prevention, and management, empowering them to take control of their health and wellbeing.
  • Order and Analyze Diagnostic Tests: Order and analyze diagnostic tests to inform diagnosis and treatment decisions, ensuring the highest level of patient care.
  • Counsel Patients: Provide counseling services to patients, addressing their concerns and supporting their emotional and psychological well-being.
  • Prescribe Medication: Prescribe medication as necessary, always considering patients' medical histories and potential interactions with other medications.
  • Conduct Examinations: Conduct thorough examinations of patients, gathering information to inform diagnosis and treatment decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent qualification;
  • FNP Certification according to state regulations;
  • Experience in family medicine, preferably with a focus on primary care;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team;
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in electronic health records systems.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including:
