Job Description:

At Victoria's Secret & Co, we're seeking a highly skilled Sr. Production Planner, Raw Materials to lead our Raw Material Planning activities for a brand.

About the Role:
This role is responsible for planning and coordinating the procurement of raw materials for our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and meet business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the supply chain and global manufacturing environment, as well as experience working with regional partners and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute raw material plans to meet business objectives
  2. Coordinate with production planning and sourcing teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
  3. Work with vendors and suppliers to negotiate prices and terms
  4. Manage and analyze raw material costs and budgets
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks
  6. Communicate with stakeholders to ensure awareness of raw material availability and lead times
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and reliability

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related area or equivalent experience
• 6-8 years of experience in a retail production & sourcing environment
• Strong understanding of the supply chain and global manufacturing environment
• Experience working with regional partners and vendors
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, with a focus on Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Detailed understanding of product cost and pricing
• Experience in bringing flexibility and read-and-react capability to production processes

Victoria's Secret & Co offers a competitive salary range of $82,500.00 - $112,665.00, depending on experience.
