SRE Program Principal

We're TEKsystems Global Services, a leading provider of data, cloud, and customer experience solutions. We're seeking a dynamic technology leader to join our team as the Program Principal for Site Reliability Engineering.
This strategic role will be pivotal in leading and executing large-scale Site reliability engineering customer engagements, ensuring the stability and performance of Modern cloud and legacy systems and application by implementing best practices in reliability engineering, and driving automation to enhance operational efficiency.
As a leader of the program, you will be responsible for leading development, sales, solution, and delivery of Site Reliability Engineering program offerings for TEKsystems Global Services Enterprise customers. You will work closely with customer leadership, technical architects, and project sponsors to ensure SRE initiatives are making progress per defined timelines and milestones while adhering to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead Site Reliability Engineering offerings for customer's cloud-native and cloud-agnostic needs focused on operational efficiency, observability, stability, and resiliency of enterprise IT systems.
• Drive SRE adoption at scale, observability design and implementation, and building efficient incident and problem management.
• Engage directly with TEKsystems customers to understand their technical challenges and provide expert guidance and architectural pathways to achieve site reliability engineering goals.
• Plan, execute, and successfully deliver SRE projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential technical risks and challenges associated with architectural designs. Implement SRE strategies to ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of solutions.
Requirements:
• Expert-level experience in Site Reliability Engineering, cloud computing, and DevOps.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of technical professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technical architects, and project sponsors.
• In-depth expertise in SRE strategy design and technologies and platforms, staying updated on the latest advancements on tools and services available in the market.
• Ability to analyze customer requirements, understand current state, and build target architecture that meets customer needs.
