Job Title: Structural Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers in delivering high-quality projects.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of structural engineers, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring quality assurance and quality control in designs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of structural engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Oversee project delivery, including reviewing designs, performing calculations, and managing project timelines
  • Partner with the Architecture principal to create budgets, invoices, and review monthly accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage projects in commercial and industrial building types, ensuring quality assurance and quality control in designs
  • Perform structural calculations and draft construction drawings using AutoCAD or Revit
  • Conduct field inspections at client sites
Requirements
