Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Engineering Co-Op to join our team at Church & Dwight. As a Packaging Engineering Co-Op, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative packaging solutions that meet our company's core technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop package designs that optimize innovation functionality, costs, and equipment integration requirements.
  • Utilize performance-based specifications and technology platform thinking to shorten and expedite the package commercialization process.
  • Work in a project-based environment, testing, documenting, and traveling to plants and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and implement solutions based on analytical data assessments.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Packaging Science/Engineering.
  • Completed at least two years of college coursework (rising Junior or rising Senior).
  • Ability and interest in working a hybrid schedule.
  • US Work Authorization (US Citizen, permanent resident, green card holder).
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities.
