Job Summary:

Lucky In Love is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable process, ensuring timely payments from customers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cash applications, bank deposits, and cash reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.

Monitor customer accounts to prevent late payments and maintain a positive cash flow.

Collaborate with our Controller and accountant to develop and implement efficient bookkeeping policies and procedures.

Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Process payroll and prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.

Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
