About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hatch Bartender to join our team at Lessing's Hospitality Group. As a Hatch Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
- Mix and serve cocktails, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
- Plan and present a bar menu that showcases our signature drinks and specials.
- Verify customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age requirements.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies to maintain a well-stocked and organized bar area.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, garnishing, and serving techniques.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Relevant training certificate or experience in a related field.
- Availability to work during hours of operation, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits:
Hourly pay (NY only): $10.65 per hour plus tips. If your wage + tips does not equal at least minimum wage, your hourly pay will be adjusted to minimum wage.
