Job Title: Steakhouse Host

Job Summary:

As a Steakhouse Host at Caesars Entertainment, you will provide exceptional food and beverage service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
• Present menu options, answer questions, and make suggestions to enhance the dining experience.
• Write orders on paper or memorize them to ensure accuracy.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any additional requests or concerns.
• Total bills and accept payment from guests.
• Clear and reset tables at the conclusion of each course.
• Follow prescribed sanitary safeguards when handling food and cleaning surfaces.
• Check out with your immediate supervisor at the end of your shift.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a team environment. You should be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun atmosphere for our guests. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.

Physical Demands:

This role requires regular standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask with ease. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment:

As a Steakhouse Host, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances with ease.
