Senior Solutions Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team at GRN of Fort Worth. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will work closely with account executives, management, and channel partners to qualify, manage, and close sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend pre & post-sales client meetings and presentations with account representatives to determine scope and develop proposals.
- Identify client requirements, develop technical designs, and plan phases of the sales cycle utilizing DDS products and partners.
- Work with the sales team to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers and provide documentation for project completion.
- Provide pre & post-sales support for new and existing customers, demonstrate products and solutions, and respond to technical RFI/RFP questions.
- Participate in sales team meetings, manage proof of concept product evaluations, and deliver product demonstrations.
- Travel to industry events, prospect, and partner sites as needed and develop product training materials.
Required Skills
- Proven track record of selling, building, and deploying technology solutions.
- Experience providing complex voice and data system solutions to enterprise clients.
- Knowledge of network design, installation, and management, as well as vendor products and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a cooperative attitude.
- Certifications with technologies like Azure and AWS, storage devices, servers, and enterprise network switches are a plus.
