Senior Hospice and Palliative Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a senior hospice and palliative medicine specialist to join our Augusta, Georgia location.
About the Position:
This full-time opportunity involves working as part of our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive palliative care services to patients in need. As a senior specialist, you will leverage your expertise to lead care planning efforts and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare providers will be essential in making a positive impact on our patients' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Lead care planning efforts and make recommendations for patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine (or BC/BE in related field)
- Active medical licensure in Georgia or ability to obtain
- Proven leadership experience in palliative care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation and Benefits:
