Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinic RN to join our team at Providence, providing comprehensive nursing care in an ambulatory environment. As an Advanced Clinical Nurse, you will work closely with the healthcare team to assess and implement appropriate strategies for care, including direct and telehealth encounters.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to work as part of our team in Portland, OR. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team, and contributing to the development of individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care environment
  • Assess and identify patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited registered nursing school
  • At least 18 months of professional nursing experience
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
