At Common Ground, we are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our crisis intervention team, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and guidance to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals experiencing mental health crises
  • Work collaboratively with the crisis intervention team to develop and implement crisis plans
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans to ensure the well-being of individuals and staff
  • Provide recovery coaching to individuals to help them achieve their goals and improve their mental health
  • Document all interactions with individuals in the Electronic Health Record
