Job Summary:

As a School Cleaner at ABM Industries, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for students and staff. Your duties will include cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors, dusting furniture and fixtures, emptying wastebaskets, and cleaning windows and restrooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain assigned areas, including floors, furniture, and fixtures
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
  • Dust and clean windows, blinds, and other surfaces
  • Empty wastebaskets and maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
