Caregiver Job Description

  • We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to join our team, providing in-home healthcare services with a focus on professional case management.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for creating a safe and respectful environment for our clients, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • As an LPN/LVN, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop personalized care plans, ensuring their unique needs are met.
  • Your expertise will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing is required.
  • You must hold a current, unrestricted license as an LPN/LVN in the state(s) of practice.
  • New graduate nurses are encouraged to apply, with paid mentorship opportunities available.
  • Current CPR certification and TB test are also required.
