Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement evidence-based patient care plans to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and mental health needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in psychiatric nursing or a related field is preferred.
