Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and families to determine their needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Provide professional nursing care by utilizing the nursing process and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
- Write and initiate care plans, and participate in revising them as necessary.
- Initiate and coordinate patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- One year of hospice experience, preferred.
- Associates degree required, bachelor's degree preferred.

- Able to lift supplies and equipment.
- Visual acuity and hearing to perform required nursing skills.
