Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Sentinel Home Health Care. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help clients with meal preparation and eating
  • Provide transportation to and from appointments
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Administer emergency first aid as needed
  • Encourage social interaction and provide companionship
  • Assist with shopping and errands
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in personal care or healthcare preferred
  • Ability to lift and move clients up to 250 pounds
  • Good physical health and stamina
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
