Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain necessary zoning entitlements and construction permits for wireless telecommunication and electric vehicle charging infrastructure projects.
  • Manage internal and external databases to track project statuses.
  • Analyze jurisdiction ordinances to support Land Use Planner on zoning regulations.
  • Communicate with jurisdictions and internal/external teams.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of zoning regulations and local jurisdictions.
  • Strong administrative experience with a city or construction company.
