About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team at an Audiological Clinic in Raleigh, NC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for fitting and dispensing hearing products, providing patient care, and working with staff to meet or exceed office goals.

Responsibilities
  • Professional interaction with patients and physicians
  • Educate patients on their hearing issues and demonstrate compassion in helping improve the quality of life
  • Knowledgeable of different hearing aid products offering the latest technology and accessories
  • Host outreach events, marketing campaigns, and assist in growing the practice
Requirements
  • Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences
  • Mastery and understanding of hearing aid products and service
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in fitting and dispensing hearing products and providing patient care
  • Passionate about helping people hear better
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation range: $85,000 - $105,000 per year (potential base + commission)
  • Paid Time Off: 10 days of annual PTO granted January 1st (pro-rated for 1st year at time of hire)
