About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our centers and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of center operations, including entertainment, food and beverage sales, property maintenance, and team management. Key Responsibilities:



  • Fundamental Financial Management: Develop and implement financial operational plans and budgets, monitoring performance to achieve center goals. Drive food and beverage sales, manage labor costs, and optimize expenses.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead day-to-day center operations, scheduling, planning, organizing, and communicating effectively with your team. Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Team Development: Supervise and direct regular training for staff members, ensuring proficiency in guest service, food and beverage operations, loss prevention, and company standards. Mentor direct reports, including Assistant General Managers, Facility Managers, Kitchen Managers, and Event Managers.
  • Performance Analysis: Manage multiple departments efficiently and conduct regular meetings with your management team to review performance and provide guidance. Analyze profit and loss statements weekly/monthly and adjust your action plan accordingly.
  • Culture Champion: Help maintain high morale among your team and address any center-level HR or loss prevention issues promptly.
  • Guest Focus: Achieve and maintain overall guest service goals, resolving customer complaints effectively and ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
  • Food and Beverage Growth: Oversee the management and expansion of your center's Food and Beverage program, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction in our dining offerings. Provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards, promoting a thriving sales culture.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrate ability to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays as needed by your center.


About You:


We seek a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of full-service restaurant management experience. You must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and leadership abilities. A Bachelor's Degree and basic business math skills are required. Knowledge of POS register systems and solid communication skills are highly desirable.
