We are seeking a talented and experienced Staff Software Engineer with a focus on growth to contribute significantly to driving the expansion and optimization of our product.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging new technologies and data to inform decision-making and propel the growth of the Linktree product.

Take ownership of the complete development lifecycle, from initial design and implementation of a performant backend to testing, deployment, and maintenance of infrastructure solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, with 6+ years of Software Engineering experience. Advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) are advantageous.

Proficiency in full-stack development, with expertise in application development technologies such as Web, Typescript, and PostgreSQL, GraphQL, as well as experience in backend technologies like Python, AWS.

Experience in data-driven optimization, including proficiency with databases, data modeling, and data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, data warehouses, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).

Proficient in conducting experiments and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different growth strategies, features, and user experiences, and iterating based on data-driven findings.

Familiarity with AI technologies and machine learning models, including their applications in ranking, NLP, targeting, and search, is advantageous.
