Skilled Nursing Center Team Lead

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Allied Services Integrated Health System. As a RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the Skilled Nursing facility during your designated shift and ensuring that clinical duties and unit activities are completed to provide high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of work experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care setting, with at least one year in a supervisory capacity. You must possess a current license as a Registered Nurse issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nurse Examiners and demonstrate administrative ability, supervisory capabilities, and reliability.
**Responsibilities:*
- Supervise the Skilled Nursing facility during designated shifts
- Ensure that clinical duties and unit activities are completed to provide high-quality patient care
- Delegate responsibilities to ensure efficient workflow and quality care
**Requirements:*
- Minimum of three years of work experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care setting
- At least one year of experience in a supervisory capacity

**Estimated Salary:** $70,000 - $90,000 per year
