VIP Hostess

We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic VIP Hostess to join our team at Daylight Beach Club. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing and sales strategies.

• Sales and Marketing: Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contacts to drive additional business for bottle service. Field all sales inquiries for bottle service and table reservations, and explain pricing and secure payment for bottle sales.
• Customer Service: Consistently deliver exceptional customer service to every guest, resolving any service issues promptly and professionally, and anticipating the guests' needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency.
• Marketing Requirements: Meet minimum requirements of table reservations, assist in developing restaurant database through networking and completing data cards, and participate in weekly marketing requirements and outings.
• Events and Promotions: Market and promote events on property, greet guests upon arrival, seat VIP bottle service customers, and guide guests through all phases of their experience.

• Experience and Skills: At least 1 year of experience in marketing nightclubs or restaurants and/or related experience in a Retail or marketing internship or related university marketing course work. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with customers and team, and good communication skills; multilingual is a plus.
• Physical Abilities: Physically able to lift and carry at least 50lbs on a tray or arm service where it applies, walk or stand without assistance on various surfaces for an extended period of time, and professionally groomed in a manner consistent with department grooming standards.
• Educational Background: Ability to read and write in English proficiently, and must have oral and written English language skills.
• Age Requirement: Must be 21 years of age to serve food and beverages in the State of Nevada.
