Private Duty Nurse LVN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Private Duty Nurse LVN to provide high-quality care to our patients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
- Administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Documenting care provided in our system of record
- Providing health education and training to family members
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
