Mixology Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Mixology Expert to join our team at the Chicago Marriott Naperville. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in mixology and customer service while working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Mixology Expert, you will be responsible for preparing cocktails, serving beer and wine, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. You will also have the opportunity to upsell and make suggestions to guests based on their preferences.

• Cocktail Preparation: Prepare cocktails in accordance with standard recipes, using high-quality ingredients and attention to detail.
• Serving Beer and Wine: Serve all liquor, beer, and wine correctly, quickly, and in a hospitable manner.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring that they have an excellent experience.
• Upselling and Suggesting: Take advantage of opportunities to upsell and make suggestions to guests based on their preferences, increasing average ticket sales and enhancing the guest experience.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role.
• Mixology Certification: BASSET certification is preferred but not required.
