Job Summary:

As a Console Operator at Catholic Health, you will play a vital role in our communication center, ensuring seamless interactions between patients, staff, and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to operate the console, relaying incoming calls and in-house pages while monitoring alarms and equipment. In emergency situations, you will function as a key member of our communications team, providing critical support. Additionally, you will perform clerical duties and minor telephone repairs.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Rolm console experience or similar switchboard/telephone experience
