Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Multilingual Legal Support Specialist to join our team at Sessoms Law Group LLC. This role is perfect for an individual who is fluent in English and Spanish and has prior experience working in an office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate office activities such as scheduling new client appointments, preparing legal correspondence, docketing cases, and maintaining court dockets and diaries;
  • Provide information to potential and existing clients in both English and Spanish;
  • Schedule and arrange client meetings and other meetings as needed;
  • Operate keyboard equipment to process information, record notices of hearings and upcoming court dates, and produce general letters to the court and clients regarding case updates;
  • Proofread and correct prepared materials for correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, format, syntax, and content;
  • Input, retrieve, update, and delete information using computerized databases;
  • Operate standard office equipment such as calculators, copy machines, and mailing machines;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Prior office work experience necessary;
  • Fluency in English and Spanish essential.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package to attract top talent.
