Job Overview:- The successful candidate will provide direct clinical patient care, assessing, planning, and implementing appropriate treatment plans for assigned patients on a per-shift basis.
- As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the RN will collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective patient care.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required. An academic degree in nursing (bachelor's or master's degree) is preferred.
- Current licensure, certification, or registration to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Massachusetts is mandatory.
- A competitive annual salary of approximately $83,500-$103,000, commensurate with experience.
