Cultivation Propagation Specialist

Sanctuary Medicinals is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Propagation Assistant to join our cultivation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and success of our plants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily plant tasks, including observational reporting and watering of mother plants and clones.
• Participate in weekly cloning sessions and assist in plant pruning and maintenance.
• Help maintain a clean and organized environment, including equipment repair and maintenance.
• Work collaboratively with the Propagation Lead to ensure the success of our propagation program.

Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in warm/humid environments and under bright lights.
• Ability to work in an environment with kief in the air.
• Must be over the age of 21.

Compensation and Benefits:

$18.00/hour, available shifts all days of the week.
