Job Overview

As a Technical Support Specialist at Mytech Partners, you will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking advanced technical support. Your expertise will be essential in resolving complex issues and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Follow established support processes and guidelines to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Support clients with advanced technical issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Log, diagnose, and repair reported problems, and communicate solutions to clients.
  • Collaborate with senior technical staff to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of industry experience, with a focus on Microsoft-based environments.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SMB networks, infrastructure, and equipment.
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills, with the ability to concisely document processes and resolutions.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and respond with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
