Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team. As a member of our dental team, you will provide exceptional patient care, work collaboratively with our staff, and have opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide dental services to patients, including routine check-ups, cleanings, and treatments as needed
  • Work collaboratively with our dental assistants, hygienists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care
  • Participate in morning huddles to plan the day and recognize team members who demonstrate exceptional customer focus and collaboration
What We Offer
  • Guaranteed base salary: $230,000 per year, with uncapped earning potential
  • Sign-on bonus up to $60,000
  • Student loan repayment assistance: $1,000 per month
  • No lab fees

Requirements
  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification (as required)
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
