We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Multilingual Office Coordinator to support our administrative team and deliver exceptional service to our guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide exceptional support to our administrative team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
- Translation Services: Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish for internal and external stakeholders.
- Reporting and Presentations: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Office Management: Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies.
- Team Support: Support team members with various tasks and projects as required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related field is a plus.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work Environment: Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
