Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide exceptional support to our administrative team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
  • Translation Services: Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Office Management: Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies.
  • Team Support: Support team members with various tasks and projects as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken) is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
