Job Summary

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who possesses strong customer service skills, demonstrates maturity and excellent decision-making abilities, and is adaptable to change. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing clerical and secretarial services, including administrative tasks, under the general direction of an OCS Regional Manager or administrative superior. This role requires significant interaction with other division or department staff, state agencies, and outside organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
• Organize and deliver clerical and secretarial services
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
• Collaborate with other staff members to achieve team goals
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements

• Associate's degree in business, secretarial science, or office management
• Three years of office clerical experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• High school graduation or equivalent and completion of a one-year or more vocational/technical training program in business and office occupations, or related area, and three years of office clerical experience
