Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide personalized medical care to seniors and patients with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in performing evidence-based medical care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and managing patient medical records.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $108,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes competitive compensation, mileage reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and paid time off.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform evidence-based medical care by planning, directing, and evaluating patient medical needs
  2. Examine and treat chronic and urgent episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries or illnesses
  3. Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed
  4. Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals in providing interdisciplinary care and maintaining a comprehensive plan of care
  5. Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary
  6. Ensure patient medical records are kept up to date
Requirements
  • Active state Nurse Practitioners license
  • Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
  • Active state DEA licensure
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
  • Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
