The Staff Pad is seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Professional to join their team in Helena, Montana.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lab Scientist to perform routine and specialized diagnostic procedures on blood and other bodily fluids from patients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, multitasking ability, and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform complex calculations and manage stressful situations with tact while delivering excellent patient care.
  2. Multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills and flexibility.
  4. Work under extremely busy conditions and provide on-call coverage.
  5. Communicate verbally, in writing, and electronically with professionalism.
  6. Maintain attention to detail and exhibit courtesy and tact.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Baccalaureate in Medical Technology or equivalent.
  • Certification by a national certifying agency such as ASCP, NCA, or equivalent.
  • Licensure as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist in Montana.
Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
