Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to lead our EHS programs and ensure a safe working environment for our employees. The successful candidate will have a strong background in EHS regulations, risk management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on EHS best practices and procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental/Health Science, or related field.
  • 7+ years of EHS experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, including OSHA and EPA requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
