Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Parking Safety Growth Strategist to join our team at Justrite Manufacturing. As a key member of our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.

About the Role:

  • This is a remote position with occasional travel required (20-25%).
  • You will be responsible for developing and achieving customer acquisition and growth objectives.
  • As a Parking Safety Specialist, you will focus on generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales remotely.
  • You will work closely with channel partners, outside sales teams, and other departments to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Travel may be required to meet with key customers and/or channel partners, attend trade shows, or gather new insights.

Responsibilities:

  1. New Customer Development: Drive outbound sales campaigns to targeted customers and optimize their impact.
  2. Sales Campaign Management: Pursue qualified end-user leads, create custom quotes, and identify distributors to collaborate with opportunities.
  3. Lead Routing: Route qualified opportunities to further develop and close deals.
  4. Sales Support: Assist outside sales teams by taking over ownership and follow-up of established sales deals.
  5. Industry Trends: Understand end market trends and utilize relevant value propositions to those markets.
  6. Field Support: Collaborate with BU Sales Engineer and Independent Manufacturing Reps for sales support in the field.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, and others to earn new business.
  8. Event Participation: Attend key tradeshows or industry events.
  9. Distribution Account Management: Manage relationships with assigned or growing distribution accounts.
  10. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Proactively develop and maintain relationships with distribution accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  11. New Product Launches: Work closely with product management to support new product launches and other marketing campaigns in your territory.
  12. Continuous Improvement: Continually grow verbal and written communications, listening, presentation, phone skills, and use exceptional sales process with CRM and software tools.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of inside sales experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
