We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee the operations of our dialysis clinics. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years business operations experience in a healthcare facility and 12 months clinical nursing experience. A graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (RN) and current appropriate state licensure are also essential. The position involves heavy lifting, moving of patients, and assisting with ambulation, as well as regular interaction with patients, facility staff, and physicians.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage clinic operations, including costs, processes, staffing, and quality standards
  2. Provide leadership, coaching, and development plans for all direct reports
  3. Partner with internal departments, including Human Resources, Quality, and Technical Services
  4. Collaborate with Home Therapies Program Manager to oversee the facility's Home Therapies Program
  5. Maintain medical and operations records, comply with data collections and auditing activities
  6. Accountable for completion of Annual Standing Order Review and ICD coding
  7. Manage clinic financials, including supply utilization and profit/loss review
  8. Responsible for network reporting and on-site surveys

This role offers competitive compensation and benefits, including $88,000.00 - $147,000.00 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
