The estimated annual salary for this role is $40,000-$60,000 depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a full-time host/hostess, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest satisfaction in the dining room area. This includes greeting and seating guests per company policies, as well as taking reservations over the phone in a friendly and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Take reservations over the phone and manage waitlists efficiently.
  • Assist with serving and clearing tables as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a great 'Yes I Can' attitude, a caring disposition, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
