Job Description:

The Medical Liaison Specialist - Orthopedic Care will serve as an ambassador of care for patients before and after surgical procedures performed in clinic and the OR. This critical role will work as a resource to help support clinics and providers, ensuring patient satisfaction throughout the clinic and OR.



About the Role:

  • Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and clinics to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support throughout the pre- and post-operative process.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain departmental consistency and ensure efficient workflows.
  • Support clinics and providers in maintaining high standards of patient care and satisfaction.
