About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Global Partner Experience Manager to drive the development and execution of our Global Partner Experience across marketing-owned partner-facing tools and systems. This role will be responsible for achieving sales and marketing goals and objectives through the creation and implementation of partner-facing demand generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation campaigns to enable co-branding and customization by Partners.
  • Develop Partner Portal strategies, implementation plans, and manage budgets to increase adoption and utilization of the portal.
  • Drive global consistency through collaboration and alignment with Regional Partner Marketing and Global Partner Experience peers.
  • Develop and manage joint marketing fund programs in partnership with Global Partner Programs to accelerate joint marketing activities with prioritized partners.
  • Enhance partner experience through consistent monitoring and measurement of partner-facing tool utilization.
  • Lead internal global communication efforts to drive alignment with and awareness of partner engagement with partner-marketing owned partner-facing tools.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
