Marine Services Sales Leader

The Marine Services Sales Leader will provide technical subject matter expertise and leverage customer relationships to support the GE Vernova Power Conversion Marine Services business growth. This role will be responsible for delivering orders and maintaining a margin to meet defined individual and team targets.
Key Responsibilities- Own the Marine Services sales budget, delivering volume and margin to meet quarterly targets.
- Apply subject matter expertise (electrical and mechanical systems) to support the bidding process for service opportunities.
- Identify relevant offerings with the goal to capture new service opportunities.
- Lead commercial and technical proposal efforts coordinating risk analysis with the relevant supporting functions within Power Conversion.
- Form partnerships with strategic external partners and across the GE Vernova family of businesses complementing Power Conversion solutions to optimize customer outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Naval Architecture, or related, from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with electrical engineering, system engineering; including requirements generation, design, test, commissioning, delivery, and fleet service.
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience, with demonstrated record of growth-oriented success.
- Ability and willingness to travel 60% of the time (domestically and internationally).
- Performance bonus of 15%.
